Knees apart, the back is straight,
My mind is to observe remaining thoughts;

Chakras opening, unblocking, becoming empty spaces,
My heart is to connect important dots;

Suddenly, the world is clear and silent. Suddenly
It’s Me, Myself and I;

The empty spaces being filled with glory,
The spirit grows to shine in better life.
